FAQ
Q: What should I bring?
Bring a bottle of water, and a small sweat towel, we have both available at the studio for your convenience. Our Spin® Bikes accept SPD Cleats to clip in or the shoe baskets flip over for regular tennis shoes. I highly recommend spin shoes at some point to get the best experience.
Q: How soon should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes early especially if you’re new to spin or it’s been awhile since you’ve attended a spin class. Most importantly. Do what you can. This is not a competition. Leave all of your stress, tension, and obligations behind so that this time is yours and yours alone! It’s about YOU and only YOU.
Q: What should I wear?
Any type of athletic clothing that you feel comfortable in is suitable, although we suggest pants that fit tight at the ankles and fabrics that are sweat wicking.
Q: How do I reserve a bike?
Create an account for yourself @ohmrbspinstudio.com and continue on to the purchase page. Choose your desired package. From there, be sure to head back and click the reserve button and choose your bike.
Q: What if I haven’t worked out for quite some time and can’t do all the movements?
One thing about indoor cycling is that it’s adaptable to any fitness level. If you’re a beginner you can adjust the resistance level on the bike to suit your abilities and go at your own pace. I’m just a guide. Please don’t worry about the choreography your first time and just enjoy the moment and have FUN. I promise it gets easier the more U ride, and you will be moving and grooving aka “Spin & Grin” in no time. I refer to that red button as “show me some love!”
Q: Are there different class levels?
My 45 minute class combines all fitness levels. This time includes warm up and cooldown!
Q: Refund and Cancellation Policy?
I do not accept refunds unless the purchase was a genuine mistake. I will allow a transfer of class credit to another friend or individual. Remember this is a small home based business of only 10 bikes. I will allow you to cancel with no penalties.
Q: Is hygiene decorum a must?
Yes it is folks for we are in a small confined area that will require each of us to personally respect each other’s space. I do provide wipes and a full restroom with a shower.
